Hagerstown, MD – September 29, 2025 – First Breach, Inc., a U.S.-based, vertically integrated manufacturer of components and ammunition, today announced the formation of a joint venture with ideaForge Technology Limited, ranked third globally among the world’s top dual-use drone
manufacturers by Drone Industry Insights.
The new entity, First Forge Technology Inc., will focus on licensing, sourcing, designing, engineering, manufacturing, and distributing advanced Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) across the United States to commercial, government, law enforcement, and military customers.
The joint venture marks a significant milestone in First Breach’s strategic expansion into the UAV market, combining its strong U.S. infrastructure and market access with ideaForge’s cutting-edge and proven dual-use drone technology.
