What shipping method do you use and how long will it take to receive my order?+
USPS Priority Mail and generally 3-4 business days.
What material do you use to make your products?+
We use only premium quality C260 Brass for our casings and C220 Brass for our projectile jackets. C260 brass is composed of 70% Copper and 30% Zinc, whereas C220 is a 90% Copper to 10% Zinc mix.
Can I get improved pricing for bulk orders?+
Yes. If you’re interested in bulk, please submit our Special Orders form.
What do I do if I receive my order and the product is defective?+
In the event that you’ve received defective product, please use our Product Support form and we will promptly reach out to you to solve the problem.
Can I return or cancel my order?+
Due to the nature of our products as well as other security concerns, all online sales are final.
